Shipping policy
Order Processing & Production
All products sold by Idyllic Design are made to order and require a production period before shipping. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. You will be able to review the shipping charge before completing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following are estimated delivery times after your order has been fulfilled and shipped. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Idyllic Design ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Delays
Idyllic Design is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier's own schedules and policies.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Idyllic Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@idyllic-design.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at support@idyllic-design.com within 30 days of delivery.
